DESCRIPTION:NOTES: (please read before booking)\n\nWhen booking a room\, choose EITHER Regular Rate OR Student Rate – whichever is applicable to you.\nThe number of tickets represents the number of nights you are booking the room for.\nOn the next page\, ONLY fill out your information under Attendee 1. Each room is for one person in a four-room apartment.\nBy booking a room at the Oberlin College Woodland Dorm\, you agree to abide by Oberlin College code of conduct.\nPlease note that Oberlin College is a non-smoking campus including all buildings and grounds.\n\nWe are excited to offer discounted housing opportunity for participants at Woodland Hall – an apartment style dorm in the Oberlin College campus within walking distance of all conference venues. The is the newest dorm on campus with all modern facilities. Each apartment has four single rooms – each with one single bed for one person. The apartment also has a common bathroom\, shower\, and kitchenette for the four rooms/occupants. Please review the photo gallery by visiting the link above to get a clear idea about this lodging option. \nThe per room/person rate is $60 per night for all participants except students. To make the conference as accessible as possible\, we have negotiated a discounted rate for student participants at $40 per night per room/person. The rate includes one set of linens/towels for each room/person for the entire stay. No housekeeping will be available during the stay\, but volunteers will be available to assist with any needs. All rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees. \nPlease note that these special rates are only available for the nights of June 17th through the 22nd – for up to five nights.
