The US Society for Ecological Economics (USSEE) is excited to bring together an interdisciplinary group of academics, practitioners and community organizers engaged in pursuing solutions to the pressing ecological problems of today and striving towards a just and sustainable future. Sustainability initiatives require active collaboration between economists, natural scientists, social scientists and humanities scholars to develop holistic strategies and solutions. The ecological economics community has a long tradition of building bridges across disciplines and forging innovative theories, analytical tools and applications.
